Melania began her recruitment career with Volt Services Group in California, specializing in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, and information technology divisions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in computer science and expanded her expertise with additional studies in human resources development at California State University in Sacramento. Melania also attended MUD Makeup Design Institute in Burbank, California, where she studied the Television and Print Makeup Master Makeup Artistry Program.
An entrepreneur at heart, Melania has owned businesses in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Dedicated to social impact, she volunteers with human rights programs focused on women and children and advocates globally.
