Christie Angel of BroadView Talent will identify candidates to be AHT CEO
The Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus & Franklin County (AHT) has selected BroadView Talent Partners to lead the search for its next president and CEO. The search will be led by BroadView Managing Partner Christie Angel, the former CEO of YWCA Columbus.
“BroadView Talent Partners has impressive experience in the nonprofit and affordable housing sectors, and Christie’s knowledge of this community is unparalleled,” AHT Board Chair Lauren Hagan said. “As we identify our next leader, AHT will continue to make an impact on the lives of thousands of low- and moderate-income families during this time of unprecedented growth.”
The candidate who emerges from the search will replace Lark Mallory, who served AHT for almost eight years, including the last three as president and CEO. During the transition period, Steven D. Gladman, who led AHT for 15 years before his retirement in 2021, is serving as interim CEO on a temporary basis.
