One trend we can't ignore? AI-powered screening. It's taken center stage for many recruiters and HR pros, but it still can’t match a human’s complex emotional intelligence and innate ability to adapt to ever-changing situations. So while the use of AI in candidate screening has its advantages, it also has limitations and potential drawbacks.

We're also excited to kick off a new CEO leadership series this quarter with Bill Lynch, President of Specialty Food Association.
