Executive Eye-Opener 2Q21

Welcome! It's been a fast and furious few months since we transitioned from HCGA Consulting Partners to the new BroadView Talent Partners brand on February 1st. Thank you to all those who have provided kind feedback and support! We couldn't be happier working within a new brand that truly reflects who we are as a firm.

The executive search industry continues to see robust growth as companies increase their hiring and desire to onboard new leadership. Navigating this process in a virtual environment can be difficult, which is why we've delved into how to make that process easier for all those involved.

While the lasting effects of COVID-19 on our work environment are yet to be fully determined, we are increasingly aware of the need to continue placing a high value on employee culture. Unbeknownst to some, culture is directly related to your succession planning and vice versa. It can be easy to have put succession planning on the back burner during the pandemic, but in truth, if you don't want regretful employee losses, it's best to examine this relationship and take appropriate action.

We wish you a happy summer, and hope you find joy in the warmer days with family and friends you may not have seen in some time.
